Protecting nature: one of the greatest strategies for tackling climate change

Today, as the planet celebrates World Polar Bear Day, we want to remind you that the two polar bears in our logo represent one of our most important corporate values: the instinct to protect.

Protecting nature: one of the greatest strategies for tackling climate change

Today, 27 February, the world celebrates World Polar Bear Day. The choice of this friendly mammal to illustrate our logo was not accidental. Instead, it represents our most important corporate values, such as closeness, trust and the instinct to protect.

Polar bear cubs can survive the freezing Arctic winter, when temperatures drop to -30°C or more, by seeking warmth in dens that their mothers dig in the snow. Unable to move or feed themselves, the young polar bear cubs depend entirely on their mothers; polar bears can forage in the harshest environments and defend their young from predators.

To insulate is to protect: people, their homes, cities and our planet.

High performance insulation materials provide energy and pollutant emissions savings, environmental respect, safety and health and energy efficiency. At the same time, we contribute to essential values such as conserving valuable natural waste and to the circular economy. Can there be a more extraordinary instinct to protect our people and our environment?
