I am currently working in the Export Department of URSA France. I love my job mainly because I am in contact with many different departments such as Production, Salesforce, Logistics and Finance, but also because of the international dimension it offers thanks to the direct contact I have with clients all over the world. Each trip allows me to improve my knowledge of the company and of our customers. Export operations at URSA are all about adaptability and rapidity. In Export Customer Service, everything is specific, so we must be very conscientious and adaptable. That’s quite a challenge on a day-to-day basis, and that’s exactly what I like!

I started working at URSA as an intern in 2006 and joined the management team in Leipzig the year after. For several years now, I have been working hand in hand with the Business Unit General Manager. I often travel to other URSA locations and I work on many strategic sales management projects, together with my colleagues from different areas like Sales and Marketing, which I really enjoy. I like the familiar atmosphere and the experience of working in a small team, constantly tackling challenges and finding solutions. It is exciting to see how the construction industry is developing. Making my contribution is always a challenge but is also very rewarding.

I have been with URSA for almost 10 years now, first as a customer service agent and now dealing with customer and product data and EDI flows and projects. My current position allows me to work and interact with different departments and people located all around Europe. Being involved in various projects helps me understand how different things are linked and what their impact is, as well as the activities of each department. This makes my job much more interesting on several levels. Every day is a new challenge for issues small and great. It is also an opportunity to learn more about URSA’s enterprise resource planning and the company in general, and to expand my URSA contacts.
