At URSA & Etex, Safety is not only a priority, Safety is a value. Our goal is for everyone working in or by URSA to return safely back home to their families. Our Vision – Zero Injuries at the workplace.
To achieve this, we are working in three key workstreams focused on enhancing health and safety:
- Safety Work Environment: Keeping sites free of high-risk areas, ensuring a safe working environment by improving our machinery, equipment, and workstations.
- Safety Governance: Constantly updating our Risk Assessments and rolling out safety standards and specifications.
- Behavioural safety: Over and above having a safe workstation and safe procedures, at URSA, it is key to have a strong safety culture. How safe we do things around URSA. Everyone in the plant is engaged and feels personally accountable for his own and others safety.
