I joined URSA in 2021 with the mission to consolidate the circular economy model into the business and in all aspects of our product’s life cycle. As Circular Economy Director, I have the opportunity to work with a wide range of functions and profiles that provide me with a holistic, 360 vision of the company. I'm particularly proud of the positive impact that URSA has had on raising awareness on efficient use of limited resources and, thanks to this, the expansion of the "reduce-reuse-recycle" mindset in our stakeholders. I look forward towards all the challenges and opportunities the future holds, which I'll face with agility and the drive to get things done.

I have been part of the URSA team for almost my entire career, joining in 2003 as an Office Assistant and growing into my current role of Commercial Manager for Romania, Bulgaria, and export markets in ADRIA. Over the years, I have developed both professionally and personally in a diverse, multicultural environment within one of Europe’s leading insulation companies. Every day, I interact with teammates across 10 countries and customers from seven nationalities, six languages, and five different alphabets. This dynamic and colourful atmosphere keeps me inspired. While new challenges arise daily, our team’s collaborative and proactive approach allows us to deliver outstanding products, excellent service, and sustainable building solutions. I truly believe that insulation is key to a smarter, greener future, and that’s why URSA is my dream company.

Since I joined Ursa 5 years ago, I immediately start to breath that I was leaving a Team experience beyond the routine working duties.
